Everything the Bridge Coffee Roasters family does is for the love of coffee. A brand with over 30 years of loving coffee, they wanted to share their passion and knowledge for coffee, guiding customers on a journey from coffee enthusiast to coffee connoisseur. We were delighted to partner with them to bring their B2B brand to the B2C retail with the help of a Welsh Assembly grant and continue to act as their outsourced marketing department for both B2B and B2C brands.

Brand Proposition & Development

Market insight, consumer understanding and identifying the “white space” that Bridge could occupy, to create a brand that takes the user from coffee enthusiast to coffee connoisseur were all key factors in taking this exciting coffee brand into the retail and ecommerce space. From setting clarity on target consumers, to developing the brand identity, packaging executions, and the gifting range, to project managing website development and marketing planning.

Creative identity

Briefing and working with design agencies, photographers and copywriters, we established a retail identity, tone of voice and photography style that would work across all channels, consumer segments and the range of over product formats.  We worked with packaging developers to create a unique format that delivered the premium element of the brand proposition.

Website and UX build

The SME Partners led the digital strategy including sourcing tech suppliers, managing the UX design process and nailing requirements within budget. Bridge Coffee Roasters now has a shiny new website with subscription-based coffee products and a content-led approach.

Marketing Planning

Development, management and execution of the Bridge Coffee Roasters annual activity calendar allowed all stakeholders to create aligned and relevant content across all channels.  Building out for natural trade peaks, as well as creating promotional peaks outside of key events, and executing consistently across all marketing and comms channels. Our key measurement of success across campaigns was creation of a planning forecast for growth.
