Sonia is the founder of The SME Partners. Having worked in some of the biggest names across Retail, Finance, FMCG and Tech, she will tell anyone that will listen that she accidentally set up our business in 2014. Since then, she’s worked with SME’s to help them grow their revenues, stepped in as a fractional CMO for larger organisations going through change and worked hard to surround herself with the best team ever.
Zoe joined us for 3 months in 2021 and seems to have forgotten to leave. Leading many of our client accounts, Zoe’s background in Tech, Hospitality, E-commerce and B2B makes her one of the teams most sought after members. As the founding member of our Devon team, Zoe taunts us with pics of her swimming in the sea practically all year round, but she can’t get hold of a Fat Rascal cake for love nor money.
Poacher turned gamekeeper, Jodene has worked agency side for many of the biggest names in retail before moving to in-house roles. Thankfully she returned to the other side and we nabbed her quickly. Her unflappable nature calms many the storm and her talent for pulling together plans from thin air and making them happen is a trait we adore. Jodene has worked with Sonia more years than she would like to admit to but still manages to be a happy sort. No idea how.
Claudine is the project manager and chief sorter out of our team. Need a new Asset Management tool? Claudine’s your woman. Can’t work out how to set up a new process? Call Claudine. Lost your way in a project or system and can’t see the wood for the trees? That’s where Claudine comes in. Incredibly experienced, forensic, diligent, broad Yorkshire and more parts to her life than the average bear. Once you have a Claudine, you struggle to let her go…
Bella honed her skills working in food marketing before moving through non-food and into working for big retail names. Now she’s applying all that she learnt to SME’s, getting us all to commit to TikTok videos that we don’t want to do and somehow convincing all our clients to get involved. From events to CRM, Social to Influencers and Partnerships, only Bella can make the most reluctant person do as she would like – and thank her for it!
Alice joined us as a Grad after offering her services to local businesses and helping them grow their social following. Now working across many of our clients, Alice is the one to turn to if you want word perfect copy, honest and direct feedback and generally just good chat! Working on CRM, Social, Events and Digital for us, it’s fair to say Alice is becoming irreplaceable with her calm demeanour and her wicked SOH.
Isabella AKA Bella AKA Mini Mitch (whose idea was it to hire so many people with the same name??) is the newest member of the team and the one that guarantees energy the minute you walk into the office.
Ed’s 30 year experience in managing Comms at senior board levels across Retail, Financial Services, Fashion and Manufacturing leads to both effective PR strategies and high value execution. As a well-connected and hugely respected, award winning PR professional, Ed has honed his “wonky thinking” to create some of the UK’s most infamous campaigns and front pages.
